Made-to-Order Products
Every TreadRoot shirt is made to order just for you. Once your order is placed, it is printed, quality checked, and carefully packaged before shipping. This process helps reduce waste and ensures you receive a freshly printed product.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before they ship.
During holidays, product launches, or periods of high order volume, production may take a little longer. We appreciate your patience while your order is being created.

U.S. Shipping Options
We are pleased to offer our customers a choice of shipping methods for all U.S. orders:
Free Economy Shipping: Our standard, budget-friendly shipping option.
Standard Shipping: A faster, paid shipping option available at checkout for those who prefer quicker delivery.
Estimated Delivery Times
After your order has been produced and shipped, delivery estimates are as follows:
Free Economy Shipping: Typically takes 4–8 business days for delivery.
Standard Shipping: Typically takes 2–5 business days for delivery.
Most customers receive their order within 7–12 business days from the date the order is placed when choosing Economy shipping. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Weather conditions, holidays, carrier delays, and other circumstances beyond our control may occasionally extend delivery times.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
TreadRoot Design Co. is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided during checkout. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend your order.
