How long will it take to receive my order?
Every TreadRoot shirt is made to order just for you. Orders are typically produced within 2–5 business days before shipping. Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days.
Most customers receive their order within 7–12 business days from the date the order is placed.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.
What type of shirts do you use?
Unless otherwise noted, our designs are printed on Gildan 8000 DryBlend® unisex t-shirts, chosen for their comfort, durability, and everyday wearability.
Are your shirts made to order?
Yes. Every shirt is printed after your order is placed. This helps reduce waste while ensuring you receive a freshly printed product.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because every item is made specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, color choice, or buyer's remorse.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we'll work to make it right.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet entered production, we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Once production has begun, orders can no longer be changed or canceled.

How do I choose the correct size?
Please refer to the sizing chart included with each product before placing your order. If you're between sizes, many customers prefer sizing up for a more relaxed fit.
Will the shirt look exactly like it does on my screen?
We make every effort to accurately display our designs and colors. However, colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings, device, and the printing process.
