Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, color choice, change of mind, or buyer's remorse. Please review all product details and sizing information carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

- Clear photos showing the problem
Once your request has been reviewed, we will work with our printing partner to provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be canceled or modified only before they enter production. Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled or changed.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
